Our retreats

Our retreat space sits in pristine rainforest with a private ocean view. We share it with monkeys, sloths, morpho butterflies, hummingbirds, green macaws, toucans and countless other creatures, all held by the sounds of the jungle and ocean.

As wild as it feels, you are never far from care. We are a 20-minute drive from the nearest health clinic and local town and, just over an hour from Limón airport. Every ceremony and activity we offer is optional, offered with deep respect for each person's nervous system, meeting and supporting them where they are at.

CHOOSING YOUR RETREAT

  • 7-Day Retreat:

    Our deepest set retreat, with the most time for ceremony, rest and integration. Best if you want to go gently and fully. This includes three Ayahuasca ceremonies. Ideal for first timers and those wanting a very immersive experience.

  • 5-Day Retreat:

    A complete experience over a shorter stay, with the same care and support in a tighter window. You will have two Ayahuasca ceremonies with a rest day in between. Ideal for those returning to the medicine and curious first timers.

  • Private and shorter retreats:

    For those who cannot join a set retreat date, we offer private and couples stays on flexible dates, including shorter visits of a few days, shaped around your needs. These 2 day, 3 day, 4 day, 5 day or 6 day retreats can take place at our home or the retreat space and are tailor-made.

Your retreat is all-inclusive, covering your food, accommodation, ceremonies, therapies and your transfer in from the airport.

Prices include all food, accommodation, ceremonies, therapies and your transfer in from San José. A 50% deposit secures your place, with the balance due 30 days before your retreat.

We take safety seriously at every stage. Every guest completes a medical and psychological screening before joining, our team is trauma-informed, and we keep groups to six or fewer so no one is ever without close support.

Every ceremony and activity is optional, offered with respect for where you are. And although we sit in the rainforest, the nearest health clinic & town is only 20 minutes away.

Held With Care

GETTING here

We provide a complimentary transfer from San José (SJO) to the retreat. We recommend arriving a day before the retreat starts, staying one night at the Hilton Garden Inn, Airport City Mall. Our driver will pick you up in the morning of the retreat start day.

We leave the return journey open, as many guests choose to stay on the Caribbean coast or travel onward through Costa Rica, and we are glad to help you plan it.

The nearest airport is Limón, and the nearest bus station is in Puerto Viejo. If you have any travel questions, we are always happy to help.
