Our OFFERINGS
3, 5 & 7 night Ayahuasca retreats with up to 6 people. Each retreat is tailored to the group and length but typically includes 2/3 Ayahuasca ceremonies, hapeh ceremony, closing cacao ceremony, massage, sound bath, & other healing modalities. preparation, 121 coaching & integration guidance.
These retreats provide an opportunity to switch off, immerse in nature and work deeply with Mama Aya. This is an ideal for both first timers and experienced people, looking to really dive deep into their healing journey and create a strong bond with the medicine.
1 night Ayahuasca ceremonies at our home in the jungle.
This is a very relaxed way to introduce yourself to the medicine or a ‘top up’ to previous experiences. Similar to our retreats and in keeping with Shipibo tradition, we all prepare our own floral baths, make offerings to the land and and set our intentions for the ceremony. Arrival at ours is 3pm, we start our ceremonies at sundown, guests sleep in the ceremonial space and the following morning we have breakfast and an integration sharing circle. Departure is at 9.30am.
Couples 4 night mini retreats at our home working with Ayahuasca, Rapeh, Cacao and our other plant allies.
This is a homestyle, all inclusive four night stay at our home nestled in the jungle canopy. It is custom created to suit your particular needs. Couples will be able to have Ayahuasca and Cacao ceremonies, and choose other elements to work with such as herbal steams, massages, trauma release exercises and other healing modalities designed to create deeper connection with self and each other, whilst being nestled in our loving family unit.
Integration and preparation coaching for psychedelic experiences.
These are hour long online calls with either Fiona or Neil, to help you prepare for a psychedelic journey, in terms of diet and lifestyle changes, intentions, navigating the ceremony and post ceremony support structure. Or to help integrate and make sense of a previous experience, further exploring or unpacking key themes, ideas or trauma, this guidance and support aims to help you land the experience in your day to day life. The ceremony is a relative small part of the journey, the plants want us to embody the information and lessons in order to lead more fulfilled and peaceful lives.

Social Master Plant Diets (Dieta Suave) are month long, online containers, limited to 8 participants. They include opening Icaro, weekly group calls, 121 support, diet & preparation guide and integration.
Master Plant dietas can become anchors to our lives, where we dedicate ourselves to a plant and become open to its teachings.
The dieta teaches us discipline, respect and how to cultivate a healthy relationship with our egos. In a world where our brain is looking for cheap dopamine thrills, escapism and avoidance, master plant dietas bring our focus back to things we’ve been avoiding.

Fiona’s personal passion is to help women fully embrace their femininity and take sovereignty over their bodies. She offers support through women’s passage of rights - sisterhood support with cycles and honouring our bleed, preparation and transition to motherhood and as she steps towards the menopause transition, she is feeling the gathering of her lived experience and wisdom, ready to share. This work can be done in person or virtually.
